Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where you will be met by our English-speaking guide who will brief you on the safari you are about to embark on.

Depart Nairobi at around 7:00 am and head to the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve via Narok town passing by the Great Rift Valley. The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe. Over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You might see lions, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, hyenas, leopards and a variety of antelopes. It is in the Mara that the most spectacular of the Natural Wonders of the World takes place.

Behind their heels are the predators of the savannah lion, cheetah and wild dog, jackal, hyena and vulture.

You will arrive in time for lunch, then later at 4:00 pm, have an afternoon game drive. Thereafter, return to the lodge for an overnight stay.

On this day, you can choose to go on a full-day game drive in the Mara or morning and afternoon game drives. Between the game drive, there is the optional visit to a local Maasai village (payments to be made directly) which can be conducted. The trees in the distance might turn out to be a family of giraffes. Those clumps of bushes could be a pride of lions and the rock that moves could be a rhino lumbering out of your way.

You could also encounter a herd of elephants crossing the path in front of you. Large animals are not the only entertainment—a family of warthogs may amuse you, running as fast as their little legs will carry them until they forget why they are rushing and stop to regroup.

You will have dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.

On this day, you will have an early morning game drive and later return to the lodge for breakfast. You will then check out and depart for Nairobi through the breathtaking views of the Great Rift Valley, having carried beautiful memories of the safari and already looking forward to the next safari. You will be dropped off at the airport for your flight back home.
